TRIP TO ASIA in France

Director Thomas Grube and Aline Champion, 1st violin, just came back from Paris, Geneva and Lausanne, where they both experienced touching previews with a very interested and deeply moved audience.

For the Genevoise Aline Champion it was a very special visit at home. At the age of five Aline Champion began playing the violin. At twelve she was accepted into the »Classes supérieures« at the Geneva Conservatoire – as the youngest student to date. Since 2000 she belongs to the 1st violins of the Berliner Philharmoniker, where she is one of eight Swiss musicians today.

In November 2008, the big overseas-tour of the Berliner Philharmoniker will once again take them to South Korea and Japan. This time the orchestra plays concerts in Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Hyogo, and Okayama. Cetera International, the Japanese distributor of TRIP TO ASIA, takes this opportunity to simultaneously release TRIP TO ASIA in cinemas across Japan.
